This Speyside single malt was the first of its kind when it was launched as the only fully certified organic single malt Scotch whisky, meeting rigorous UK Soil Association standards for growing the ingredients, distillation, maturation and bottling. Matured in virgin oak casks and bottled at 46% abv. The nose is sweet and malty, with vanilla toffee and banana emerging. The palate is creamy with cracked pepper and sweet fruits, before a smooth and long finish.

A traditionally brewed organic  lager with a distinctive crisp flavour and floral notes derived from the citrusy Admiral hop; a favourite among British brewers. It's a great accompaniment to any meal and vegan friendly. 
 

this new white addition is fresh and vibrant and has all the clean fruit flavours that you would expect from Bodegas Latue. Soft and generous mouthfeel, tropical banana and with just a hint of almond on the palate. Airen is one of the most widely planted grape varieties in the world, in Spain it excels in the vast central region of La Mancha. Made from a grape that’s frequently used as a blending partner to accompany more acidic varieties, this new no added sulphur white isn’t lacking any individuality or characterful presence. Pair with white meats, pasta, tapas, fish & risotto.

With many gins already available, British Polo Gin is exceptionally different and different for the right reasons. The standout aspects of BPG is that it is 100% organic, distilled in small batch releases of just 150 bottles per distillation, is 4-times distilled and has an alcohol content of 42.7%. This combination makes an exceptionally smooth and rounded gin. The organic aspect of British Polo Gin is a real selling point and is exceptionally rare in today’s market. The base alcohol is distilled from sugar beet which is highly unusual and gives British Polo Gin the light and flavoursome taste that it is fast becoming recognised for.

British Polo No 3 Double Spiced Rum is double spiced organic rum, which involves first distilling keynote botanicals of orange, cinnamon, vanilla and ginger with 100% organic and fairtrade white rum before macerating the same spices in the distillate. The result is a wonderfully rich and vanilla mouthfeel laced with delicate citrus and subtle spice. The ultimate sipping rum, enjoy on the rocks, or topped with cola or ginger beer.

A Port lover’s dream. Made from Touriga Francesca, Tinta Roriz and others too, it’s a dense, inky-purple colour, and is a richly hedonistic experience (even in half bottle!). Complex, super ripe berried fruits are gently spiced, and its sweet and unctious palate is both elegant and balanced too, with real length. Casal dos Jordoes was the first and indeed only fully certified Port producer. Try their Tawny and Vintage too, all are drinking very well now, but will age gracefully. Remember also, there is no need to drink the bottle at one sitting, once opened it will keep well for a couple of weeks at least. Enjoy near a warming fire on its own, or with mature cheeses.

Raise a glass to a stunning sparkler from the Limney Estate, a plot that sits neatly right next to the Davenport winery in Rotherfield, England. In the sunny (well, sunnier) South West of England, this blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier comes together for a scintillating organic wine that has a surprising amount of character for a such a youthful 2015 vintage. Even with just four years maturation on lees, it carries plenty of complexity to its flavour, promising more in years to come.

This limited release Stellar Organics wine does it all: no added sulphur, organic, fair trade and vegan friendly, but it’s more than just a box-ticker. This 100% Colombard (similar in style to Sauvignon Blanc) is only made in the best vintages (so get it while you can!) and shows a lovely wild flower and honey nose and real tangy freshness on the finish. It has a deeper colour than one would expect in such a young wine, which is because sulphur has a bleaching effect on the colour of ‘normal’ wines.
