A Port lover’s dream. Made from Touriga Francesca, Tinta Roriz and others too, it’s a dense, inky-purple colour, and is a richly hedonistic experience (even in half bottle!). Complex, super ripe berried fruits are gently spiced, and its sweet and unctious palate is both elegant and balanced too, with real length. Casal dos Jordoes was the first and indeed only fully certified Port producer. Try their Tawny and Vintage too, all are drinking very well now, but will age gracefully. Remember also, there is no need to drink the bottle at one sitting, once opened it will keep well for a couple of weeks at least. Enjoy near a warming fire on its own, or with mature cheeses.

Deep, bright colour and ripe fruit on the nose. Hints of jasmine and dark perfume. The wine has well-structured tannins from a post-ferment maceration. There is no wood influence, only ripe organic Merlot grapes. There is no sulphur added to this delicious wine, and we call this a low sulphur wine because in tests, ‘normal’ wines can have as much as 200 parts per million and this tested with just 5 parts per million.

Made with 100% organic ingredients, Dà Mhìle Farmhouse Botanical Gin is evidently just naturally delicious. With a mix of 20 organic botanicals, from the old favourites juniper and coriander to some interesting and home-grown treats like red and white clover, gorse and chamomile, the Welsh Dà Mhìle distillery have created a unique, small batch gin.
Aged in ex Bourbon barrels, when our grain whisky is bottled, we mature this gin in them for 6 months. During that time it takes on some of the flavour and colour to create a truly unique gin. The subtle juniper, fresh herb and spice flavours in the gin paired with the sweet grain whisky tones from the barrel make for an exciting fusion.

This Seaweed Gin is a savoury gin, originally designed to complement seafood. It is a garden herb led gin which we infuse with organically sourced seaweed once it has been distilled. It makes a truly unique G&T with natural tonic and a sprig of Rosemary/Olive/slice of lemon. This gin is perfectly suited to martinis, dry or dirty!
With juniper, pink grapefruit and a touch of turmeric, this is a zesty, flavoursome distilled organic spirit, meticulously crafted as an alternative to the traditional G&T. At just 20% abv it is only half the amount of alcohol, but with all the flavour.
The Guy Pinard Familly is a pioneer of organic winery in France and is the first organic Cognac producer. Pinard's property is situated in the little village of Foussignac, in the heart of the “Fins Bois de Jarnac” a small sub-region which has been renowned for its elegant and floral Cognacs for hundreds of years. This specific “terroir”, together with the organic methods and the Pinard family know-how leads to authentic Cognacs.
An organic single-cask single malt from an undisclosed distillery. This has been released by independent bottler Highland Harvest. A whisky full of cereal notes with a slight herbaceousness – a great summer dram.
The makers of Juniper Green claim it is the world’s only organic gin. It’s made with organic grain, water and a combination of organic botanical herbs sourced from around the world. Juniper Green, which is a London Dry Gin, is distilled at Thames Distillery in London. According to the company, Thames is now the only gin distillery which both distills and bottles gin in London. No chemical fungicides are used to assist in the storage of organic grain resulting in natural microorganisms which aid full and deep fermentation. The botanicals used to make the gin are: organic juniper berries, organic coriander, organic angelica root and organic savory. Here is a review of Juniper Green by The Guardian: “This is actually rather good. The fact that the grain is organic allows the botanicals to shine through, and despite being only 37.5% it packs a decent punch. For those who like things to be properly done, Juniper Green is one of the few London gins these days to be distilled and bottled in that city. It’s even reasonably priced.”
